WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING OPTIONS?

UK via 2nd Class Royal Mail (2-3) working days): £2.99

UK via 1st Class Tracked Royal Mail (1-2 working days): £5

USA via International Tracked (7-10 working days): £10

Europe via International Tracked (5-10 working days): £10

Rest Of World International Tracked (7-10 working days): £10

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days. Please note we do not ship orders on weekends or UK bank holidays. Please allow extra time during busy sale and holiday periods.

DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?

We ship to all international markets. Your shipping cost will be calculated at the checkout.

Depending on your country, you may be charged tax/customs/import fees. These fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Unfortunately, we are unable to estimate the cost of these charges and we are not responsible for any additional customs charges or fees once your order has been dispatched.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will be sent your tracking information to your email address entered at the checkout. If your tracking number isn’t updating or you haven't received one, please reach out to us as soon as you can.

I HAVE ENTERED MY SHIPPING ADDRESS WRONG - CAN I CHANGE IT?

Please contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been packed yet, we can change your shipping label. However, if it is too late you will have to contact the shipping provider.
